We acquired an 8500m² estate in Anavyssos and are developing it into a farm-to-table holiday home for eco-conscious travellers. With its rustic Mediterranean interior architecture and multi-functional exterior landscape, the Anavyssos eco-retreat will combine agrotourism, seaside proximity and rural stillness.
The Anavyssos eco-retreat hosts up to 14 people and consists of 6 bedrooms along with 4 bathrooms. The outdoor area includes an organic farm, herb garden, pool, outdoor bar and kitchen, and fire-pit.
The property is only a:
- 3-minute drive away from Anavyssos beach
- 20-minute drive from the temple of Poseidon in Sounion
- 30-minute drive from Athens’ airport
- 50-minute coastal drive to the centre of Athens.
The estate will cater to private holidays, gastronomic experiences, wellness and corporate retreats, rustic weddings, and private events.
