We invested in and developed Plateon 49 Parkside Residences, an energy efficient (A class) building.
Our scope of work included the investment and project management, architectural and interior design, as well as construction supervision from foundations to finishings.
The five-storey high-end apartment building was developed on a land plot of 500m2 in the ‘A’ planning zone of the leafy northern Athenian suburb of Vrilissia, on Plateon 49 street.
The residences are located in central Vrilissia in proximity to public transport, schools, commercial and entertainment centres, while Athens International Airport is only a 20 minute drive away.
